Problem downloading from Google Play
Some internet service providers may block access to Google Play and Apple App Store services in certain countries. Therefore, if you encounter a problem downloading the app, we strongly recommend using a VPN only during the download process. Please note that the app may not function optimally when a VPN is enabled on your mobile device. Using the official links ensures you get a safe copy of the app.
Create an account / Log in
Using the application does not require login except for certain services such as: 1- Saving favorite places for easy access. 2- Adding a place (restaurant, cafe, shop, etc.). 3- Adding an advertisement in the advertising section (you must be the advertiser or an authorized advertising agency, and it must comply with the advertising policy of the country where it is published). 4- Adding an upcoming event (you must be the event organizer or marketing agency). 5- There is a dedicated business dashboard for managing user accounts and editing data such as services, restaurant and cafe menus, and monitoring ratings and notifications.
Services available in the application
The application contains 5 main sections: 1- Places Directory Section. 2- Interactive Map Section. 3- Events and Occasions Section. 4- Advertising Offers Section. 5- Business Center Section. 1- Places Directory Section: The user can search through the main categories and then select a subcategory. The results are displayed in 3 main tabs: "Nearest," "Featured," and "All Entries." When the user clicks on any entry, they are taken to a page containing important and descriptive information, contact details, and a button to access a map and directions to the entered location. The main interface features a selection of carefully chosen, featured places. 2- Interactive Map Section: This service aims to determine the user's location. The user selects the main category or both the main and subcategories for the service or place they are searching for. The application then displays available places within a 500-meter radius search. Users can click on a pin to view and access detailed information about the location. 3- Events and Occasions Section: The main events and occasions tabs appear. When you select a section, the nearest events are displayed by date, along with detailed information when you select an event. 4- Advertising Offers Section: This section displays advertisements and promotional offers from event owners, venues, and restaurants. Two buttons appear: the first provides a description and contact information for the advertiser, and the second allows you to select the categories you prefer to see when using the app. 5- Business Center Section: We offer flexibility in managing the data within the app. Once you register your business on the app, you can access the Business Center dashboard and edit your business details, add services or your menu, and share the app with your customers. We will also enable a notification service between you and new customers or those already at your restaurant or nearby venue (this service is currently in the beta phase). You can also add your own special offer, which will appear in the offers list.
Adding a Place
Our team is working to complete the data, and in our commitment to achieving this goal and fostering collaboration between us and our app users, we have made the "Add Place" service available. This service allows you to add a shop, hall, restaurant, cafe, hotel, office, or service. * You can review the main and subcategories to see the available sections and choose the one that suits you. This free service can be accessed in two ways: 1- From the main interface by clicking the "Add Place" button. 2- Through the main menu at the top of the app – "Add Place." The user fills out the form with the required information and uploads a photo of the place. Our team will verify it automatically or by phone. Please note the following when adding a place: 1- Please do not add it to more than one category, as this may result in the user and the place being banned from the app. 2- Submitting false or misleading information is prohibited. We hope that the user will bear the legal responsibility and be legally aware of the requirements when submitting information, and that the person submitting the information is the owner of the place or someone authorized by them. 3. Upload a high-quality, clear, and realistic 600x600 image to showcase your location. 4. Enter your landline phone number using the area code (without the leading zero). For example, if your area code is 011xxxxx, add 11xxxx. 5. Specifying your opening hours ensures a great experience, builds trust with visitors, and fulfills your purpose within the app. 6. The location on the map is automatically set and cannot be changed unless you contact the app's technical support. Therefore, you must be physically present at the location you wish to add. If you encounter any difficulties entering your location, please don't hesitate to contact customer service directly.
Add Event - Offer
You can access the Add Event - Offer service from the Business Center within the main menu. Fill in the required fields accurately and submit your request. Our team will verify the submitted data, add it to the application, and notify you. If you encounter any problems adding the event, you can contact our customer service team.
Using the nearby map
The map searches for nearby places and services within a 200-300 meter radius. Make sure location services are enabled on your device. Select the main category only, or both main and subcategories, and then press the search button. The results will appear immediately. When you click the icon or the group button, you will see a summary of the place's information, with the option to go to the place's page or map for
