Our Lady of the Miraculous Neighborhood Church

The church you are referring to is known as the Church of Our Lady of the Miraculous Neighborhood (or the Ancient Church of Our Lady) in the tourist town of Mashta al-Helou in Tartous Governorate. It is one of the oldest and most important historical parishes of the Greek Orthodox Church in the region.
