Monastery of the Divine Transfiguration (Kafram)

The monastery contains “an old black stone in the shape of a gable, which was found during the excavation of the foundations, with crosses of various shapes carved on it,” in addition to “an underground cave named after the Most Holy Virgin Mary, and above the threshold of the cave is an old stone threshold, in the middle of which is a Byzantine cross with Greek writings on it.”
