Al-Kamal Café

Al-Kamal Café is located on Mutanabbi Street (29 May Street) in Damascus, between the Al-Kindi Cinema and the Jawdat Al-Hashemi School in the center of the capital. Founded in the early twentieth century, it reached the height of its fame in the 1950s as a meeting place for Syrian intellectuals and educated youth.
