Syrian-French Hospital

It is officially known as the Syrian-French Hospital, and is located in the New Al-Seryan neighborhood in northern Aleppo, next to Al-Kalima School.It is affiliated with Beit Hesda institutions, which are part of the Syriac Orthodox Church.---Services and Healthcare PresenceThe hospital is classified as a private non-profit facility, operated by Beit Hesda to serve the local population, including displaced individuals.It is one of the hospitals covered by the "Open Hospitals" initiative in Aleppo, which also includes hospitals in Damascus (the Italian and French hospitals).The hospital has provided free medical services, especially after the earthquake in February 2023, during which it treated 246 victims and received medical supplies and equipment.While the hospital is equipped with essential facilities, it may not match the capacity or specialization of Aleppo’s major university hospitals. It focuses primarily on general and emergency care.
