Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology

The hospital was established in 1991 and is administratively and financially affiliated with Damascus University. It is the largest specialized hospital for dermatological and venereal diseases in Syria.It is located within the campus of the Presidency of Damascus University in the Baramkeh area and provides its services to patients free of charge.Admissions office: receives 200–250 visitors per day (higher in summer).Seven outpatient clinics, in addition to a specialized clinic for sexually transmitted diseases.Comprehensive laboratory services (blood tests, pathology, mycology, and Leishmaniasis).Ultraviolet therapy unit, surgical department with two operating rooms, and a laser unit.In-house pharmacy, lecture halls, and separate wards for male and female patients.
