  • Application: The “Places Guide” mobile application that allows users to browse categorized location data, search via map, and view commercial advertisements.

  • User: Any natural person who uses the application or any of its services by any means.

  • Entity: Any business or commercial establishment whose information or advertisements are listed within the application.

  • Administration: The entity that owns and operates the application.


2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to or use of the application constitutes an explicit and unconditional acceptance by the user of all terms and conditions stated herein, which may be amended from time to time.
If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must immediately discontinue using the application.


3. Use of the Application

  1. The user shall use the application in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and public morals.

  2. The user is strictly prohibited from:

    • Misusing, attempting to hack, or disrupt the application.

    • Using any of the application’s data or content for commercial or marketing purposes without prior written permission from the administration.

  3. The administration reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any user account in the event of a violation of these terms.


4. Information and Content

  1. The application’s data and advertisements are derived from multiple sources and may not always be accurate or up to date.

  2. The administration assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from reliance on such data.

  3. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information before taking any action based on it.


5. Commercial Advertisements

  1. The application contains commercial advertisements provided by third parties.

  2. The administration is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of such advertisements, nor for any products or services they promote.

  3. All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the administration in accordance with its publishing policy.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the application and its contents—including texts, images, designs, databases, and logos—are owned by the administration and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  2. Copying, reproducing, publishing, or modifying any part of the application’s content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the administration.


7. Privacy Policy

  1. Certain personal data may be collected from users to enhance the service experience and improve performance, in accordance with the application’s Privacy Policy.

  2. The administration is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user information and will not disclose it except as required by law or with the user’s explicit consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

  1. The administration shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

  2. The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation and will address technical issues as promptly as possible without a specific time commitment.


9. Amendments

The administration reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the application after publication of any modifications constitutes implied acceptance of such changes.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the administration’s principal office is located.
Exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder shall lie with the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
